If you get an error message saying that Redbooth “couldn’t load your user data” when logging in, then it may be that you need to clear your browser’s cache. Your browser’s cache is usually made up of temporary files that are not needed by you or your computer.
Each browser has a different process, so please follow the steps below to clear the cache:
If you are using Chrome then you should select beginning of time to delete everything.
In case you are still having issues, please provide the support team with the following:
- A screenshot with your browser’s developer tools open and the console option selected
- Check and see if you are having the same problem in a different browser
- Your browser version
