The Redbooth for Outlook Add-In can be installed on Windows, Mac and Web versions of Microsoft Outlook.
Outlook Web App
1. Sign into the Outlook Web app.
2. Open an email and click on the 3 dots menu and select Get Add-ins.
3. Search for "Redbooth" and select Redbooth for Outlook > Add.
4. Go back to the email and you will now see a Redbooth icon next to the reply options.
5. Click on the Redbooth icon, Log In and enter your Redbooth user credentials.
Outlook Windows Desktop App
1. Open Outlook desktop app.
2. In the "Add-ins" section, click on the Get Add-Ins button.
3. Search for "Redbooth" and select Redbooth for Outlook > Add.
4. You will now see a Redbooth icon next to the "Add-ins" section.
5. Click on the Redbooth icon, Log In and enter your Redbooth user credentials.
Outlook Mac Desktop App
1. Open Outlook desktop app.
2. Click on the kebab menu next to "Sync" and select the Get Add-Ins button.
3. Search for "Redbooth" and select Redbooth for Outlook > Add.
4. Click on the kebab menu again and select Customize Toolbar.
5. Drag and drop "Redbooth for Outlook" into your toolbar.
6. Open an email and click on the Redbooth for Outlook toolbar icon.
7. Hit Log In and enter your Redbooth user credentials.
